Looking for someone to take over my lease, for a furnished Room with stunning views of the city’s skyline, in a 800 sq ft luxury 2br apartment. The room comes with a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet and an in-unit washer/dryer, and the building itself is very well equipped with amenities like a game-room, libraries, lounge and an inhouse gym. Very walkable location, just a block from the BART and the SF Metro stations, and there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and any other supplies that you might need. Rent is 2500, with utilities being extra (around 200 total usually). You’d be sharing the apartment with my roommate, 20s, M.

Both of us are in our 20s, friendly and chill. My hobbies include painting and salsa, with some occasional bouldering.
