I’m the home owner and the only other person living in the house. I’m in my late 30’s and lead a very active lifestyle. I love a clean and tidy household and would greatly appreciate someone who values the same, along with a mutual respect for noise.

I also have a very friendly and playful weimaraner. She comes to work with me so is seldom home alone.

The basement operates as a BnB, but has a separate entrance. So they do not have access to our living space.
