About the room

I’m looking for a roommate. I’m really outgoing, I don’t care what you do in the apartment. This apartment was an hotel that got turned into an apartment. Rent is $448 a month. I have 3 cats and 1 dog. It’s a great place for 2 people. I’m looking for someone ASAP. All utilities are included Water, Cable, electricity. It’s fully furnished, dishes, silverware, firestick, TV, vacuum, bed. I’m already living here. Your more then welcome to move in ASAP. No background check. You will just start paying rent on the first of every month. I’m looking for a person to me my roommate for 2+ years. It’s a cheap and nice place for people to rent for cheap and save money at the same time. I do have my aunt comes over everyday to cook for me. Please only serious renters and some who who is nice and is very clean.
