About the room
You will have a separate entrance, your own bathroom and kitchenette/dining area (no livingroom, but bedroom is large enough for the full bed and love seat. There is also your own side porch area. Laundry is in the basement and a shared space.
About the roomies
My family will use the front entrance and upstairs. My Husband works remote from home. I work as a caregiver during the day. Our son is only 10 years-old; so, strictly no smoking in the house or on the premise. We do have a pet bunny too.
