I have a private room opening up in my well-maintained, 1,000-square-foot condominium. You will have your own separate, dedicated bathroom (my bedroom has an en suite). We will share the main living areas, which feature a great layout, an updated kitchen, a brand-new Samsung washer and dryer, and mesmerizing water and mountain views right out the window.

Rent: $2,000/month (All utilities and use of pool are completely included) Move-In Special: I am offering $500 off your first month’s rent if a lease is signed by July 15!

Lease Terms: Flexible (month-to-month, 1-year, or 2-year options available).

Location: Incredible commuter location in a vibrant, safe community. Minutes from the Larkspur Ferry, public transit, local boutiques, coffee shops, and CinemaWest. For outdoor downtime, we are surrounded by redwood forests, the Bay, wetlands, and Mt. Tam.

I am a professional working standard hours. I stay active with cycling and swimming, and I keep a very clean, organized, and tranquil home. In my downtime, I appreciate a quiet environment to recharge—often with some yoga, classical or jazz music, or simply relaxing after a long day. I am easygoing but highly value authentic, honest communication and mutual respect, especially when it comes to keeping agreements and resolving any shared household matters early and directly.

I am seeking a responsible, trustworthy, and tidy professional who wants a harmonious living situation. The ideal fit is someone who communicates openly, promptly cleans up after themselves in shared spaces, and respects a tranquil environment. This is strictly not a party house.
