Private guest bedroom available in a relaxed home with a separate guest bathroom located directly next to the room. Bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. Room can be furnished with a daybed, side tables, closet storage, and bedding, or unfurnished if preferred. Utilities and Wi-Fi included. There is a catdoor built into the bedroom door - I have pictures of it shut/open uploaded.

The home has a large backyard with gardening space available if you enjoy growing herbs, vegetables, or plants. Driveway or street parking available. The house is canna-friendly and best suited for someone comfortable in a more lived-in, cozy environment rather than a super quiet or ultra-minimal household.

I work remotely, so I’m home usually and tend to have music playing in the common areas during the day. Cannafriendly, I have some work in an adjacent field. I game online, and there can be some sound when I am talking to friends/my partner (no crazy yelling). The house is fandom-friendly and whimsical.

Two cats live in the home and free roam the house and backyard during the day. No additional pets unless you have a well-trained cat that can match their in/out schedule and will come when called. I have a severe apple/apple cider vinegar/applewood allergy, so those products cannot be brought into the home.

Looking for someone financially stable, respectful, chill, and compatible with the house vibe. Please send a little about yourself, your schedule/lifestyle, and what kind of living environment you’re looking for. Prefer a low-drama household with limited overnight guests/visitors. I’m not overly strict about chores, just hoping for someone considerate in shared spaces.

I travel a few times per year for a couple of weeks at a time, so there are occasional periods where you’d mostly have the house to yourself. My partner is stationed overseas for a few years and visits 2-3 times per year for about 2 weeks (usually during the winter holiday(s) and in July).
