Ann's room

One of the two rooms with a private bath is for rental. Rent includes utilities, internet, and a parking spot. I ask the deposit of one month rent and the first month rent when you move in. The deposit is refundable or you can use it as your last month rent. The room has only a mattress now. It could be removed based on your preference.

The place is newly renovated, new paint, new stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floor. Close to the freeway for quick access to major attractions, recreation, shopping and schools.
