I’m looking to rent out one bedroom in my 3-bedroom house located in a quiet gated community. The room has a bathroom directly outside the bedroom that would be exclusively yours, offering plenty of privacy and convenience.
The house includes a cozy fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing or enjoying some outdoor space, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. Shared spaces are clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
