Massive 16’ x 22’ room with its own bathroom and private access (via garage). 2300sqft house with tons of shared space, large backyard, and quick access to 580 and 13. 10gb fiber internet, driveway or street parking. Garage gym. Super quiet neighborhood.

We’re more interested in the right fit and aren’t in any hurry. For the right person, who knows, maybe even price is negotiable. 🙂

Me: Creative Director in my late 30’s and have a 20 pound doodle. He is hypoallergenic and a chronic cuddler. I also enjoy lifting, playing guitar, and lots and lots of food. I love to cook for the house whenever I have the time and opportunity. I’m probably the biggest neat-freak of the group. I’ve never owned a home before, so I try to keep it nice for the sake of the group.

My partner: Early 30’s Marriage, Family, and Sex therapist. Lover of plants, mothman, and frogs. She works from home and uses the smallest bedroom as her office (thanks HIPAA). She has two pets: a small 5-pound cat and a lil’ elderly pug. She is a chronic giver: with her time, patience, attention, etc. You’re going to get amazing Christmas gifts from her because she takes the time to know you and what will really land. She is also a lover of baking, so be prepared to be a taste-tester for her new recipes.

Both of us don’t drink, smoke, or do drugs. We’re pretty clean-living and our vices are more in music and tattoos. We appreciate other people whose lifestyles are similar, if possible. 🙂
