I have a room for rent in a 1600 sq foot house. Room is unfurnished, but house is furnished with full amenities. You have full access to the house. You would have to share a bathroom. Private backyard with deck. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Looking for a male or female non-smoker and does not party. An occasional drink is okay, but no parties or overnight guests.

I am a 59 year old single straight male. I have 2 dogs and a cat. I am in sales and gone a lot of evening till around 9:00, but its all local so do not need to go long distances. I enjoy nature, biking, walking my dogs and personal development. I do not smoke or drink.
