Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking for someone to fill our third bedroom in our Costa Mesa apartment. Our current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend, so we’re hoping to find a great long-term fit to join our home. Move-in is flexible, but ideally ASAP or by June 1st.

The apartment is in an amazing location — close to the freeway, about 2 miles from the beach, and walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and more. It’s a super convenient and fun area while still feeling relaxed.

No pets, unfortunately!

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Female preferred

• Late 20s to early 30s

• Clean, considerate, and easygoing

• Looking for a long-term lease

• Not working from home full-time (hybrid is totally okay)

Building amenities include:

• Monthly resident activities/events

• Free yoga classes at the building next door
