Blackstone Plaza is three blocks away, is a high-traffic hub featuring a variety of eateries: including two Indian Restaurants, Japanese, French, Italian, a vegan restaurant, and vegan computer friendly bakery and food entries. This is a walking neighborhood, but you may want a car to quickly access some hospitals and universities, although the downtown bus line is two blocks away and has buses every 20 min. Background and employment verification are required, and local references are highly regarded. Rent: $900 per month.
