Located right in the dead center of Kalispell. This a room for rent but common areas are open to share. There is a bathroom with two sinks and a shower next to the room. Upstairs bathroom is mine and my daughter’s. Still welcome to use. I have my office right next to the room. I tend to stay up to midnight gaming with my friends in the office. The house has a theater, a fire pit, a hot tub, a large back yard with a privacy fence. A driveway for parking.

I’m a single Dad with a daughter part time in the home that needs to feel safe. So females preferred strongly. I’m a Software Architect that works from home. My schedule is very consistent and I’m at home a lot. I tend to stay up to midnight gaming with my friends in the office. Other than gaming or watching a movie in the theater I tend to be quiet.
