Spacious 4 bedroom, 2 story house with a very private setup for the downstairs room. You’d basically have the entire downstairs area to yourself, plus your own half bath downstairs and your own full bathroom upstairs. The house is around 1,800 sq ft with a relaxed, comfortable vibe and plenty of space.

The backyard is set up really nice with a covered deck/awning area, outdoor TV, and fireplace — great spot to hang out or relax. Shared kitchen and common areas upstairs, but overall the layout gives a lot of privacy.

There are 2 dogs and 2 cats in the home, so must be pet friendly. I also have my 5-year-old child with me a few days a week. Looking for someone respectful, clean, responsible, and easygoing who wants a chill, drama free environment

About the roomies

30, work from home, im really easy to get along with. I mostly stay upstairs and don’t really go downstairs much, so you’d have a good amount of privacy and your own space. I’m laid back, easy to be around, and usually just working and staying busy, or just relaxing at home. Don’t really have people over so no worries about that.

Would be cool to find someone easygoing where we can have fun as roommates and actually be friends too instead of it feeling awkward or overly strict. Just looking for good energy, mutual respect, and someone who wants a comfortable, relaxed living situation.
