Very nice middle class area. 3,250 sq ft house, 4 bedroom 3 full bath. Room is in a fully furnished basement with a seating area & sliding glass door that leads to the back yard. Has a 65“ & 42“ smart screen tv for viewing from seating area or while lying in bed. Room has a queen size bed with a comfortable mattress. Plenty of space & privacy as no one else will be in the basement area. Currently has a sports theme on the walls as it was used as a game room, working on removing the decals, repainting & having formal pictures put up. Has a bathroom near the bed. Laundry room & kitchen are upstairs. I have a small mixed breed elderly dog, she never goes downstairs & couldn’t even if she wanted to due to her age. She let’s herself in & out via a doggie door in the kitchen leading to a deck. Will have space for parking in the driveway & only have 1 other house on my street.

I’m 51 yrs old & work two full time jobs, so when I am at home, I’m normally sleeping. I pretty much stay in my room or I’m cleaning/doing yard work.
