About the room

Brand-new townhome in North Phoenix near the Sonoran desert foothills. The room has never been lived in and includes a large walk-in closet plus large private bathroom.

The home is located in a gated community near beautiful desert mountain scenery, with easy access to hiking, walking, and biking trails. This area of North Phoenix is great if you like a newer part of town while still being close to everyday conveniences like grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and freeway access. It’s also near the Norterra / Happy Valley area, which has grown a lot and offers plenty of nearby dining, retail, and services.

Street parking is available, but it can honestly be a little tricky at times, so that’s something to keep in mind.

The home is clean, quiet, and low-key. No smoking or drugs in the house. Very occasional drinking is okay, but this is not a party house. I’m looking for someone responsible, respectful, clean, and reliable who would enjoy a peaceful home environment.

Note: The bed shown in the room is just an air mattress for staging.

About the roomies

I’m pretty low-key, quiet, and respectful of personal space. I work from home Monday through Friday, usually 8–5, and I do join Zoom calls during the day from my office with the door closed.

Outside of work, I’m usually pretty relaxed. I often just watch TV in my room with my AirPods in. My bedroom is not connected to the rented room, so the layout gives both people a good amount of privacy.
