3 Bed room house, 2 shared bathrooms, big living room, plenty of parking, you will definitely have your own room & privacy. Zero drama please and must love dogs as I have 2 goolden doodles that are great dogs! Big yard to hang out in, deck & patio, grill to use whenever you’d like. Shared Kitchen however I do have a small fridge you are more than welcome to keep in your room if you’d like. I’d like a friendly guest that will be ok with sharing the kitchen, washer/dryer, bathrooms, however your room will be YOUR private space.The monthly payment includes rent, Utilities, wifi, etc. Please note: pics were taken at night time and my dogs were in some of the photos lol. The pic with the bed will be yours, I included the living & kitchen, also have a play room, wash room. The furniture in the room is yours to use, however you’re more than welcome to use your own if you’d like, i will take out whatever you dont want to use.
