About the room
Need someone to take over my lease at Upark from this August to next August. Rent is 754 a month but I am offering to pay 3 hundred towards the first month of rent. It says 4 bedroom, however I lived here for over a year with only 1 other roommate, so you might also only have 1 roommate.
They provide pretty fast internet, ethernet ports in the room too. A unit comes with its own washer/dryer and full kitchen. You will never need to worry about parking, its always available and free. If you need more details the UPark site should provide them. They are also refurnishing the units this coming year.
If you have an questions please let me know, as I am not ready to move out yet, if you want a tour I can be there while you get a tour from management.
About the roomies
Currently just 1 other roommate on the other side, whether more join is not certain.
