This unit is furnished and has access to a fully fenced yard and a furnished lanai. There is also off street parking.
Among the features are: patio door access to the lanai. Borders in the preserve.
It is fully handicapped accessible with a handicap ramp to the building.
All utilities are included in the rent. This includes Internet.
While we can accommodate cats with an extra $50 cat rent a month, we sadly cannot accommodate dogs.
We are looking for a renter who is pleasant and reliable.
The room is available until January 1 when my family comes back from Alaska to Hawaii.
The unit is immediately available.
About the roomies
We are an older couple who is only there part-time.
We have a house sitter who lives on the property.
