Nice, clean 4 Bed / 2.5 Home – Room for Rent. Move-in ready, located in a quiet neighborhood . We have two nicely sized furnished room available with a closet and plenty of natural light. The home includes a large bathroom , central heating, no AC but we have fans,in-unit washer and dryer. All utilities are included. Conveniently located just minutes from grocery stores, 3mins from Saint Pete’s hospital, 10’ from SPSCC. We have green belt in our backyard so lots of privacy. Very nice sized deck. Rental insurance is not required but highly recommended. Right now just us two living in this house so if you move in you will have the whole bathroom to yourself. If we find another person to rent the other room, then you have to share that bathroom with them.

I’m a female healthcare professional my in mid 30s. My partner and I are very quiet and introverted, super laid back. We have no kids or pets. We might have take of my parents cat for a month in Feb next year, but that’s about it. We love to find people with same vibes. Month to month at first and if it works out we are ok with long term stay as well.
