Hi there! We are looking for someone to sign a new yearly lease starting 1st of June, for the largest bedroom in a three-bedroom apartment in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.

It’s a spacious queen-sized (could fit a king, but might be right) bedroom featuring a large street-facing window with included blinds, beautiful parquet flooring, classic baseboards, and unique wall molding details that give the space extra character. The room includes a closet and is located in a first-floor unit within a charming four-story apartment building.

The apartment is radiator-heated in the winter, and the bedroom can accommodate window AC units during warmer months (units not included). The room also has a separate private hallway entrance with its own door; while the door remains locked from the hallway side, it adds an extra sense of privacy and separation from the rest of the apartment.

The bathroom is shared and includes a standard tub/shower setup. The kitchen has been updated with newer appliances, including a dishwasher. We also have an in-unit washer and dryer that’s included with the rent!

You’ll be living with two mid 20-something men, Michael and Brendan. They are both wonderful and kind people with great senses of humor (they both love comedy and are part of comedy groups). Super respectful and open individuals with great communication skills. My partner and I have loved living with them and never had any issues; we are sad to be leaving the area but must do so because I am going to grad school in Westchester and I need to be somewhere closer to campus.
