I have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. Your room will be the master bedroom with a walk in closet and your own private bathroom. I currently have a king bed in the bedroom and two dressers but you are welcome to bring your own or keep what I currently have. You will have your own designated place to park. I have a HUGE backyard. I currently have a cat and dog so id prefer no more animals. I’m a single mother and prefer only women tenants. I have another empty bedroom that I’m currently using for storage/playroom that is right beside your room that could be used if you’re also a single mother with a child but we would have to discuss a price for the use of two rooms rather than just one. The rent includes water, wifi, trash disposal, laundry room, and lawn care. The electricity differs month to month so we would split that evenly. If you have any questions please reach out. 🩷

I’m a 28 year old single mother with an 8 year old daughter. I have a pretty busy schedule with my only days off being Sunday and Monday. We run a pretty tight schedule during school months (Aug-May). We are usually getting up at 6:30am, drop my daughter off at school, come home to get ready for work, once I’m home its usually dinner time so I cook, get my daughter ready for bed and then am in bed myself around 8:30-9.
