And location-wise, it’s genuinely hard to beat: malls and transit within easy reach, yet the street stays remarkably hushed once you turn the corner. Neighbors are the quiet, keep-to-themselves type. It’s the kind of setup that makes everyday life feel notably less complicated.

Quiet evenings and a clean kitchen that’s honestly what matters most to us. We’re two professionals sharing this home, one a commercial pilot based locally and the other a clinical dietitian, each with our own bedroom and a mutual understanding that personal space matters. We’re friendly but not in each other’s pockets, if that makes sense. Whoever moves in next will find a relaxed, well-kept household provided they bring the same energy.
