Furnished room available in a single-family home located in a very quiet neighborhood. The home features 3 bedrooms on the second floor and 1 additional bedroom in the basement, along with an in-home washer and dryer for your convenience.

The house offers plenty of natural light throughout, creating a bright and comfortable living space. The backyard provides a private outdoor area for smoking if needed; however, smoking is not permitted inside the home.

There is no TV in the room, but the home includes very fast internet, perfect for streaming and online use.

Lease Terms:

Temporary 3-month lease only First month’s rent due at signing $100 security deposit A signed rental agreement will be required

Pet Policy: No pets preferred. While I like animals, I want to maintain a clean and well-kept living environment.

The bathroom is shared, though there is another bathroom available if you are busy on the one upstairs i will use the other ones if needed for convenience.
