Quiet neighborhood not far from things like groceries or fast food, have a garden i am willing to share. plenty of space for flower pots! Utilities are included and there is a washer and dryer on site. Sorry about the shared Kitchen and bathroom though

About the roomies

I am 32 male, recently widowed. have two cats, which is the only reason i hesitate to allow you to bring your own pets :( i also have a snake and gecko but unlike the cats they do not roam around the house. There is also a ring camera in the Kitchen, front room, and will be installing one on the porch
