2804 Rosebay Ct. is located in a friendly community off of Park Rd., about 10 minutes from South Park and 15 from Ballentyne! For $1,300 (excluding utilities), you’ll get 2 bedrooms, a private bathroom across the landing from both rooms, and a parking spot inside the 2 car garage!

Downstairs there is a sitting room, dining and living room, as well as a kitchen and half bath! I do not yet have furniture, but I do plan on furnishing the house (outside of your rooms!), so don’t worry about that if you’re not bringing any with you. The area is super walkable, and there’s a good handful of restaurants, grocery stores, and other retail nearby!

As for utilities and applications, we have water, electricity (no gas), and internet! Your split of utilities is estimated at $150, but that’s liable to change! I love y2k fashion, dad rock, and going out for drinks, and I’d really like to have a roommate that wants to hang out and go do things around Charlotte on occasion! As for living with me, I’m pretty quiet when I’m at home, and I keep my spaces very very clean! I’d definitely like to have a roommate that stays pretty clean as well. I’m totally fine with having people over regularly, and I do have my friends and family over fairly often!
