LOOKING FOR LEASE TAKEOVER –> Old North End

Looking for someone to take over my lease from ASAP-May 31, 2027. Would be living in the Old North End on Cedar St with four super cool girls and two feline friends in a 5-bedroom house (you would have your own room, upstairs on second floor of home)! Rent is $840/month in addition to utilities (gas, wifi, electric, trash). Washer and dryer unit in the home, has a backyard that is mostly fenced in. It is ~10 minute drive and ~30 minute walk to UVM campus (there are other students in the home as well!) Enough room in the driveway for 3-4 cars (if need-be, we only had to for no street parking nights) and street parking is pretty good on our street! Also worth mentioning - there is a built-in cabinet under where the TV is placed and you would get the closet right outside of the room. Many extra storage spots around the house as well and a basement. Also willing to leave the bed (mattress+frame, it is a double) and it fits well in the room! Really liked living here, not moving out due to living situation! Reach out if interested!! (preferably female/non-binary folks under 30)

Would be living with three 21-year-old girls, all about to head into their senior year at UVM and graduating either after the fall or spring semester, but everyone is planning on staying till the end of the lease (5/31/27). The fourth girl is 23 and an elementary school teacher, and we have been friends with her since back when she was at UVM! All very kind and considerate people, and we definitely emphasize open communication. Regular and as-needed council meetings (what we call when we all convene to check in on how we feel about things regarding the house and living situation) definitely helped us find a groove and maintain positive energy in the home.
