+Rent $900/mo, not including utilities +Utilities (water, electricity) ~$100/mo/person +1G fiber internet ~$25/mo/person +Renter’s insurance ~$10/mo/person +$70 app fee (one-time), $125 deposit +No pets or smoking +Must have income and pass credit/background check +Seeking responsible male who works out-of-home (I work from home)

+Super easy access to the freeway (610, I-10, US-290) - minutes to Memorial Park, Uptown & Downtown +Walking distance to Walmart, Regal movie theatre, restaurants +On-site pool & gym +In-unit washer/dryer +Covered outdoor parking

*Note on video: The living & dining areas will be unfurnished (current furniture is my roommate’s, who is moving out). If you have furniture and TV to bring, great! If not, let’s work something out to furnish the place together.
