Hello, I am currently looking for a new roommate to replace my current roommate. move-in date would be July 1st. You must be able to pass background check, have a credit score of 635 or higher, be able to fill out application through the property management, and be able to pay a deposit. The deposit depends on the application you submit. It will go over your credit score, your background check and overall qualifications.

This property is located right next to Costco. I believe it is ten minutes from downtown Coeur d’Alene, and eight minutes to Kooteney hospital. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. there is covered parking, patio, heating and air-conditioning. You also have your own bathroom. Rent is 740 and utilities are set amount of $100. Utilities consist of Wi-Fi, water and electric.

I want my home to be a safe place to be in. So I am looking for someone who will align with my living situation and will be a good fit for the home. I am looking for a 23-32 year old woman that has Christian values. I also wanna make it clear this place is only for a single occupancy. No couples or children. I am looking for someone who is quiet and respectful. Someone who won’t have party’s, drugs in the home or heavy drinking. I work Monday through Friday 7 AM to 2 PM. So I need someone that will understand I get up early and come home earlier so I need peace and quiet at night. I also need someone who is reliable not only with the bills, but with their words and communication. I am a clean person, who makes sure the house is tidy throughout the week. I also do deep clean every Friday. So ultimately I want someone who will keep the place clean as well. lastly, no pets.

If you’re still with me, here’s a little bit about myself.

I work at a tax solutions company. I am on the billing team. I work Monday through Friday 7 to 2. I am a Christian who goes to church often. I don’t drink or smoke or do drugs. I love to be outdoors, especially with summer coming up. I like to do yoga, read, watch TV, and be with my friends. I pretty much keep to myself during the week especially because of how tired I am. On the weekends, I am normally running errands or out with my boyfriend. I always make everyone aware, with plenty of notice when he comes over. three words I would use to describe myself would be kind positive and hard-working.

What’s the process looks like

1. schedule a meeting to meet in person at a public place.
2. After meeting at a public place, I’d like to give a tour of the place
3. If we are both feeling, it is a good fit. The property management group will send you an application.
4. After the application has been approved, we can go over the nitty-gritty. Keys, deposit, moving in date, etc..
