Furnished room available for rent immediately. The location is great and very close to all major intersections (parham and Patterson). Looking for a female student or single mom with a stable source of income. All utilities included and we have high-speed internet. You will share a bathroom, kitchen and laundry with other household members. Full front yard and street parking. We prefer someone who is not going to be cooking daily. No guests or smoking allowed inside the house. Our household is quiet but can become noisy with ongoing services throughout the day. Looking to start with a 1 month lease to see how things go at first. We will happily extend it if all is well and we are all happy.
