I’ll have a furnished room available in mid June in a small but cozy single family with porch and garden close to whites park and UNH Law. Share with myself and one other housemate as well as my cat Wookie. $950 plus split of utilities three ways, usually ranges from $100-$200 usually though prices have gone crazy the last few months.
