The house is a 3 bedroom, 1 and a half bath in Grogan’s Mill of The Woodlands. I live within walking distance to the village center which has recently been renovated. The village center has a new library (Kevin Brady), a coffee shop, Phat Eatery, Beck’s Prime, a nail bar, and a fitness studio. Grogan’s Mill is highly walkable and has beautiful walking trails.

Common areas of my house include: bathrooms, living room, and kitchen.

I’m laid back, easygoing, personable, creative, crafty, empathetic, a good cook, and studying to be a paralegal. I am getting a divorce and will be keeping my house. The divorce will finalize in late August. I’m looking for a person(s) of similar interests to rent an unfurnished spare room beginning in September. I will have three cats who are silly and cuddly living in the house. I’m open to a house mate having a cat and/or a dog. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon!
