Room for rent in a 3‑bedroom home in Wailuku.
Rent is $1,300 (furnished or unfurnished). Master bedroom available for $1,600.
There is also an option to rent the entire house (2 bedrooms + all common areas) for $2,700, excluding the master suite. The master suite is fully separated from the house with its own private entrance — we would only share the garage. This arrangement includes parking for 2 cars.
Minimum stay: 3 months.
Full house privileges. Extra fridge in the garage if you want your own.
I work remotely from early morning to early afternoon, and I’m usually out in the afternoons wing foiling, so the house stays quiet.
Internet and trash included; electricity and water split.
No parties, no drugs, no smoking. Prefer someone with a stable career.
Great location — close to town, hospitals, and the mall. About 15 minutes to the airport and to Kanaha.
