About the room
This room for rent in marcy holmes is close to the U of M campus with easy access to a bus route and with a free parking spot in the lot attached to the building. The apartment has been recently renovated and there are thermostats in each bedroom. Also, the start date is a little flexible. If you need to move in before June 1st, don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll see if it will work. To be clear: this room is available as a sublease and you will not be able to stay after August 15th.
About the roomies
Both my roommate and I are transfer students entering our last year at the U. We are looking to have a good time but still study this summer in preparation for our other goals. As long as you’re a sane person with a job (or wealthy parents lol), you’re good in our book. We would prefer to live with another student (whether undergrad or grad), but we are open to anyone.
