Massive kitchen, park view, your own bathroom, lots of trails out the door, gym, year round pool, hot tub, free parking, in unit washer/dryer, 25 min to downtown Denver, 20 min to Boulder. Dogs negotiable with extra rent and breed restrictions (per complex rules). No smoking complex. The room available is the one closer to the kitchen along with the non attached, full bath across the hall which I will treat as yours and have my guests use my attached bath.

I recently graduated from my masters at CU Boulder and am a firmware engineer at a nearby company. I love to cook, bake, sew, hike, bike, travel and take care of my growing collection of plants. I like to host dinner parties and have people over occasionally but I rarely drink. I like to keep common spaces clean and usable.
