Our home has a large, private backyard with pool, fire pit, BBQ. There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. Security cameras and a well-lit (all night) front yard. We are an active, warm and drama free shared living space with married owners and 2 mature female housemates.

Please note that we are seeking a female tenant with full time, outside employment (we apologize that previous ‘working from home’ situations haven’t worked for us).

Rent includes fiber WiFi, utilities, limited use laundry and full kitchen access. Shared bathroom (with just our other 2 female housemates). Since our two cats own the place, they have forbidden any additional pets. We can’t permit tobacco use on our property, but anything else inhaled can be enjoyed - outside.

Mature husband and wife couple plus 2 mature women. Some of us work full-time jobs and are gone most of the workday, and some have more flexible work schedules. Someone friendly and social but who also does their own thing. Occasionally we cook a meal or watch a movie together in the living room but also is pretty independent and cool with hangin’ in their room and ok with not always being social.
