We have a nice 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in a nice quiet neighborhood in East Wichita. You get your own room and your own bathroom. There is a very nice, large, open kitchen and shared living space. Washer/dryer. Gigabit internet. Disclaimer: I am a musician who practice instruments regularly (at respectable hours), and I have a cat. I am also very clean! I just ask that you help keep the shared spaces clean and tidy.
