It’s a three bedroom mobile home. You would have your own bedroom and your own private bathroom. A shared kitchen. Your own parking space. There is a garden you can sit in. Very convenient location close to the Spalding. An hour and 15 minutes from Boston, 40 minutes from York Beach, an hour from North Conway, and 40 minutes to Lake Winnipesaukee.

I am an older woman that works. I read a lot. I barely have the television on. I am a very quiet person and would like somebody quiet as well. I do not like loud music, parties or people coming and going. I do have two older cats so I would make them a priority as far as them being safe and not being let out out of the home.
