We are looking for a roommate. I do have a family 2 children whom sleep with us. We have your own room a closet food water internet are all included there may be times where you may have to get food by yourself but you’re welcomed to anything that we have. Unless I ask for everyone to not touch it. Kids are NOT WELCOMED INTO your room . Parking is 150 so if you’d like it I ask you to pay the charge but there is a hassle to find parking on the street sometimes. We are five minutes from the pike. We welcome positive energy but do ask to have a contract signed so things don’t get sticky. We are trying to move out so hopefully if you like to you can take over our rent is 2,395 all together I do work three jobs and I really need help with the rent. We are friendly not overbearing. Our kids don’t go into your room they already know that. As well as food water internet are included. Monday-Friday no one is usually home until after 6pm. We don’t have any visitors although you are more than welcomed to as long as you respect the children’s sleep (they are heavy sleepers so it won’t be to much).

There is me and my husband and our two kids we are chill people not to high maintenance we do ask for respect but if you’d like to hang we can if not we respect you and your time. Our son is a very heavy duty kid so from 8am-9pm the house can be loud however they are very calm and chill and have daycare Monday-Friday so you usually won’t have to worry about noise until 6pm but momma always needs me time so after 9pm they are ready for bed and watching tv.
