This apartment is a corner unit with one neighboring apartment attached on the right side, no one above or below. A super private & quiet complex in University Place- about 10 minutes to all neighboring cities. Super close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Chambers Bay. There is one ESA cat that will also be in the house.
I am a 23 year old woman in the dental field and looking to go back to school in the fall. I have a pretty demanding work schedule so I do expect a decent level of quietness during the weeknights. Weekends are fair game. I have a very sweet, well behaved, 3 year old kitty who almost demands cuddles from people so if you’re not a cat person, this may not be the right fit. I love baking, thrifting, traveling, crafting and trying new things! I’d love to be friends with my roommate but also okay just simply being roommates (:
