As seem in pictures a relatively new apartment building. Several housemsnts but we have one private basement room still available. We all get along very well so looking for one last young man. Own bedroom and own bathroom amd shower. Electric and water are extra but the cost is split amongst us to keep full price manageable. Free stree4 parking. but no couples or pets. The more diverse you are probably the better so don’t doubt yourself. There’s a little checklist such as background check a contract of 12 months stay, but worth it. Questions? Just ask.

The Housemates are away a lot for work and English is not their native language so it’s an idea situation for you having the haply medium of privacy and the consistency of other adults in the building.
