Looking for someone to take over lease!! Located in cap hill in the heart of it all. You have cheesman park a few blocks away and colfax as well. Decent food in the area and full of life and things to always be doing. This room is at the top of an old home built in 1900. Awesome old house if you’re into old infrastructure! All utilities are included and we share a washer and dryer with the downstairs unit!

Trevor and Omar are laid back skater dudes with no drama. They do not drink but have an occasional toke. So if you’re off the sauce this is a good place for you. I do think Trevor may try to leave in July as well so may have 2 rooms on the table if you have a friend and are looking to be roomies. Can’t really beat the price. I wouldn’t be leaving if I didn’t have to get a major surgery.
