You would essentially have the entire upstairs to yourself, except for the occasional visit from out-of-town family members. A spacious bathroom is conveniently located next to the bedrooms. You would also have the option to choose the room that best fits your needs, one bedroom features a private balcony and walk-in closet, while the other is an oversized room with plenty of space for a desk or home office setup. The room can be provided either furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference.

You would have full access to the home’s amenities and shared living spaces. Rent will include utilizes. There is no cable in the home, if you wish to have cable, you can have it put in. The home is dog friendly to a well behaved dog.

I am a 57-year-old male who lives a quiet, easygoing lifestyle.
