A potential housemate from out of the area plans to take the room pending getting hired for a local job. If the job falls through the room will be available again. — Awesome, clean, cozy room available in home owned by veteran, easygoing clothing optional house with pool and spa in Oakdale. The room is approximately 11 x 11 with use of guest bathroom, laundry, kitchen, and street parking. Please no drugs, but weed okay outside. Alcohol friendly. The room has a futon and dresser, but they can be removed if not needed. Prefer male roommate. Also, please no pets. I already have a big dog that owns the place. Modesto is 20 minutes away, Manteca a half hour, Stockton 45 minutes. Nirvana is in the backyard. Mandatory the housemate must not be a convicted felon. A background check will be conducted by me at no charge. You will be asked to provide full name plus date of birth.

Just me and my friendly big hairy dog. I do not work, so I am home a lot. In the past I worked in a federal law enforcement position and like to think I am honest and reliable. I’m pretty easy to get along with. I’m more interested in having a housemate that I like and trust than the amount of rent I get. So I’m willing to work with your budget when it comes to the rent and deposit. I frequently don’t bother with wearing many clothes, so if you are a guy who has lived in military barracks or in college dorms, you should be alright. 🤣
