This townhouse is beautiful It is 3 bedrooms, 2 main baths, and a powderoom on main. What sets this place apart from other rental properties is that it is within walking distance to groceries, post office, good restaurants, community festivals, beach access to Snoqualmie river, fabulous trails, the vibe of Duvall. If you telecommute, you could cut driving down a significant amount. The best part of living here is the outside spaces. Fully fenced/walled gardens in front and back. My small dog loves it here.
About the roomies
It is just me in this 1900sq ft place. I have the master w/its own bath overlooking the patio to the West. There are two bedrooms and one full bath available. I was thinking extra room can be used by visiting guests. I am a 62 year old retired liberal woman who loves to garden, rehab funky things from thrifting, reading, and joining in on community activities (which are mostly just two blocks away). I do smoke weed outside, and can keep it to myself if guests or family come over. My son is currently attending Vanderbilt University and will visit during Christmas break.
