The map is wrong! This is just off Powers Ferry Rd EAST of 75. This can be a furnished or unfurnished room. I have lived in the neighborhood for 9 years…very quiet and peaceful here. It’s 2 min. to 75, 8 min to KSU and 285 and 15 min to Midtown. Great location!

I am open, friendly, straight, and get along with any gender (or gender preference). I am NOT looking for a date on here, just a roommate! I love animals, nature, the planet, eating healthy and being active outdoors. I also can be a binge watcher of Netflix series or documentaries in the evenings though i am in school now so not as much time. I am spiritual and welcome all religions. I am not into drugs or heavy drinking or smoking, so anyone who is would not be a good match. I am a professional therapist working at a rehab clinic downtown. I hold regular hours and am looking for someone who also has a regular day shift (no night shifts please) so we can be on the same wake up/go to bed schedule and not disturb one another. You must love cats (and not just tolerate them) as they are very friendly and will want to sit in your lap or get petted and I don’t want someone who shoves them away …this will not be a good fit for you or me! I prefer someone who is NOT anti-social or a recluse, so that I am not living with a stranger and we can have a friendly roommate relationship.
