Great apartment with a nice location on the ground floor of the complex. Your room is not furnished but the rest of the apt is.

The room is very clean, was my office, and has it’s own bathroom and closet.

Water and energy will be split unless a better option is proposed.

Looking for a roommate to cut my costs. I’m 27, in the insurance industry (mostly working from the apt) and have an amazing four year old Dutch Shepherd. Hope you are cool with dogs!

I often travel home to CA to visit family so once a quarter you will have the place to yourself more than likely.
