Ready for move-in. The house is shared with three roommates, who are respectful. You will be sharing the bathroom, kitchen, outdoor area, and on -site laundry. Plenty of street parking in front of the house, the neighborhood is near the I-5 fwy. Plenty of restaurants; near the In-N-Out, Starbucks, Wal-Mart, and Chipotle.
This room is for 1 person. New paint and hard flooring (no carpet), full size closet with mirrored sliding doors, partially furnished with a full size mattress, and a split AC/Heat unit. Utilities are split evenly between roommates. Sorry, no pets
