Hey there y’all. We’re looking to fill the 3rd room at our 3bd/2ba house in the Clairemont / Bay Ho area. Rent is 1375/mo, with utilities (water/electric/gas/wifi) typically running at about 150/mo in addition to that. Room details:

• Full closet (plus hallway closet if you need more space)
• Fits a full bed+work desk nicely, a queen could probably work but if you have a large desk it might be a bit tight.
• Room will be unfurnished prior to move-in
• Shared bathroom (with 1 other person)
• Shared kitchen with everything you’d need
• Full backyard / external sunroom to vibe out/workout/whatever
• In unit washer / dryer
• External garage (we don’t park our cars in there and use it more for hobbies / surfboard repair / storage)
• Nice neighborhood with cool neighbors, never had any issues
• Unlimited street parking, never an issue
• Easy access to the 5/52/805 freeways
• 5 minute drive from Clairemont Town Square (restaurants / groceries / shopping / etc)
• Some chill dudes to live with

A little bit about Riley and myself (Matt): We’re friends from college at Cal Poly SLO and graduated back in 2023. Both of us work hybrid-ish full time jobs (Construction Management / Software Engineering), working from home 1-2 days a week. In our free time we surf a lot, watch sports, play pool, cook, and work out. If you’re more of a do-your-own thing kind of guy, no problem! I’ve been living at this spot for just about 6 months, and Riley has been here for about 2years. Landlord is super chill and any issues get addressed quickly (of which there are few).
