THE NEIGHBORDHOOD: The apartment is located in Portage Park. You will find everything around the area: restaurants, public transportation, supermarket, gym, parks and street parking!

THE SPACE: I live in two bedroom in the attic. There is a shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen with a small dining area in it. There is also a deck that’s awesome to relax in the summer. This is a family home and there are two tenants in the lower floors. They are all families and are not loud or cause trouble.

THE ROOM: Demensions: 158 inches x 88 inches. The room fits a full size bed. The closet is small, but the closet near the entrace is yours if needed. The entire house is furnished minus your bedroom. There is central air/heat so that’s a plus!

I am super laid back and like to talk about the most random things. I like working out and enjoying watching documentaries. Looking for a roommate but also someone I can connect with since we will be living together. You must be a clean person and clean up after yourself. If you leave dishes here and there I don’t mind washing them, as long as it is not an everyday thing:)

FYI, my partner spends time over the weekend and maybe 1 day during the week. But most of the time we are out and about.

I am looking to find someone by July. However am not in a rush, because I do want to find the right person.
